Job Summary:

We are looking for an efficient and experienced Project Manager to be responsible for handling our company's ongoing projects. As our project manager, your job will be to coordinate people and processes to ensure that our projects are delivered on time and produce the desired results. Responsibilities include submitting project deliverables, preparing status reports, and establishing effective project communication plans as well as the proper execution of defined route maps.

Job Responsibilities :

  • Coordinate internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of multiple projects.
  • Ensure that all projects are delivered on-time, within scope, and within budget.
  • Assist in the definition of project scope and objectives, involving all relevant internal stakeholders and ensuring technical feasibility.
  • Ensure resource availability and allocation.
  • Develop a detailed project plan to monitor and track progress.
  • Measure performance using appropriate project management tools and techniques.
  • Report and escalate to management as needed.
  • Manage the relationship with the client and relevant stakeholders.
  • Perform risk management to minimize potential risks.
  • Create and maintain comprehensive project documentation.
  • Delegate project tasks based on junior staff members’ individual strengths, skill sets, and experience levels.
  • Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short and long-term goals.
  • Use and continually develop leadership skills.
  • Develop spreadsheets, diagrams, and process maps to document needs.

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s or Master’s degree.
  • Extensive experience in all aspects of Customer Relationship Management.
  • Strong understanding of customer and market dynamics and requirements.
  • Proven leadership and ability to drive operational requirements.
  • Excellent written and vocal communication skills.
  • Strong client relationship building and high technical aptitude.
  • Strong skills in Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Strong attention to organizational details.
  • Self-motivated and self-managed approach with a high degree of analytical and problem-solving ability.
  • Solid priority management and time management skills, with the ability to recalibrate quickly according to changing conditions.
