Job Summary:

We are seeking a dynamic and customer-oriented individual to join our team as a French Customer Service Representative. In this role, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service to our French-speaking clients. You will handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and ensure a positive experience with our products/services.

Job Responsibilities :

• Strong command over written English (grammatically correct written English).
• Command over the French language to assist the client through email, chat, or phone.
• Customer support – Assist the customer process and solve customer queries.
• Ensuring customer satisfaction through prompt responses and query resolution.
• Coordinate with the internal team for issue resolution and coordination with the customer.
• Ensure that tasks are completed daily and in a timely manner.
• Respond to customers on ticket issues, follow-ups, etc.

Mandatory Requirements:

• Should be ready to work night shifts and adhere to a 5-day workweek.
• Should be ready to work from the office.
