Job Summary:

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented Team Leader to oversee our Designing Services team. The successful candidate will be responsible for leading a team of designers, ensuring the delivery of high-quality design solutions that meet client requirements and adhere to brand guidelines. This role requires a strong background in design, excellent leadership skills, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Job Responsibilities :

  • Need to understand the client's brief and design according to the client's expectations.
  • Work with the administration team to ascertain needs and develop graphic directions, concepts, and specifications for assigned projects.
  • Create marketing collaterals for web and print, including graphics for websites, e-mailers, online banners, brand & product illustrations, logos, pamphlets, catalogues, brochures, print and online advertising formats, etc.
  • Independently visualize, conceptualize, and develop ideas and concepts, design, and choose the appropriate media and style to meet the requirements.
  • Build and maintain a consistent brand image through creative conceptualizing, design, layout, and illustration for a variety of online media and test graphics across various media.
  • Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the latest graphic design techniques such as Graphic Fundamentals and a good understanding of colors. Experience with software such as Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, and Adobe XD.
  • Manage orders in the system, including keeping detailed quality metrics on services, and advising management on team performance.
  • Resolve team queries, assist team members in understanding job profiles, and oversee their work for quality and guideline compliance.

Mandatory Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in graphic design or a related field.
  • Excellent command over Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
  • Demonstrable graphic design skills with a strong portfolio.
  • A strong eye for visual composition.
  • Effective time management skills.
  • Ability to meet deadlines and collaborate with team members.
